Slide toppers

I posted this on another forum without much help.

I really don't wanna make another slide topper thread as there is so many of them.
But most of the threads I read were about needing a topper or not.

My question is what slide topper to buy.(performance / quality and so on)
Are there some models to stay away from for whatever reason?
Or This one is better then that one because of....
Are there upgrades to consider??

Now dometic has the EZ line up of toppers.

I like the slide covers that have the aluminum cover that protects the fabric from wind and sun when the slide is retracted. I would also suggest getting acrylic fabric...lasts longer and resists mold. Carefree of Colorado makes 'em and can be bought through RV Awnings, Motorhome Awnings & Screen Rooms - PPL Motor Homes, and probably through a CoC dealer closer to you.

x2 with Scenic Route. I just had a Carefree topper installed. The topper cover is attached to the slide so it is anti-billow in the extended and retracted position.

The acrylic/canvas material is far better than vinyl.
