I have 605 watts of low voltage solar panels with a Morningstar Tristar 45 PWM controller. With the battery connection to controller I have 20 vdc on the panel input connections, with battery switched on I have battery voltage at the panel input connections. I don't have any errors on the controller, but am not getting any charging.

What is the voltage reading at the battery terminals?

Currently 12.9 vdc, but charging doesn't occur as battery voltage drops with use.

For sure, not charging, hope you get the problem resolved. We have a 110w solar panel on our coach with a Blue Sky 2000-E 25amp controller and so far works pretty well.

Do let us know what the problem was whenever you get it resolved.
