The one problem we do have is that we get gray water sewer smell when we open the door. Anyone have a solution?

For the smell, check to be sure you have a good drain and vent on the drain line for the washer. If there is not good draining and venting, the water in the trap could be siphoned out and gases can come up the drain hose. Make sure that when the washer was installed that the drain hose was not taped or sealed to the stand pipe. It sounds like this could be the issue or you would smell the grey tank odors coming up out of the stand pipe all the time.
