I had a similar issue - except it stopped just before the spin cycle. I downloaded the repairman's guide and followed the recommended troubleshooting. It came down to either the timer or the control board. The timer contacts were hard to access, but it appeared that the correct "electrical path" was "made up" at the point in the timer cycle it was supposed to be - so I proceeded to order a new control board. When the board arrived I stuck it in and put it through a test run. It stopped at the same point...
I got a can of contact cleaner and sprayed the heck out of the timer while furiously turning the knob back and forth. It's been working ever since. Guess the moral of the story is ALWAYS look for the simple stuff first and since you were just coming out of storage - I'd try cleaning the timer contacts (if equipped with mechanical timer of course!).
BTW - depending on age of the unit - you can't get "new" repair parts. I found a NOS control board on ebay and it's still in the box - so let me know if you need one!

Download the trouble shooting guide and try to work through the problem. When you call their tech support you are told to call the nearest repair center.
You can Google your specific problem and often find a solution.

Thanks everyone for you input. Problem Solved! The problem was simple, Too Much water in the washer for pump to drain out.
Called westland technical support, per their recommendation drained out the unit from pump cleaning out access using a shop vac, tested it using a one gal of water to make sure drains out, ran it thru a full cycle, completed the cycle with problems

Glad to hear you got your problem solved. I am curious though, How did it get over full in the first place?

As I mentioned earlier, this was the first time after winterizing the unit. Apparently there was already some water (pink antifreeze) inside, so running it thru wash cycle added more water on top of what was in it already which was too much for the pump to handle.
Lesson learned, next time after winterizing run it thru a drain only cycle to empty out the unit before running it thru a wash cycle.
