Maybe put in less clothes? We only do a half full load and they come out just fine.

We do a smaller load and do wash only cycle. We then shake out the clothes and put them back in and set it to dry cycle. And try to remove them asap after drying that seems to be the best way we have found

Pay attention to the tips above. These folks know whereof they speak. We've been using a Splendide 2100XC for 5 years now, and love it. We second the above advice.

there seems to be a couple common denominators here,
less detergent
smaller loads
remover clothes prior to drying.

everyone thank you for these tips,
this machine just might make it.

Your thoughts on vented and ventless

I'm about ready to purchase the splendide w/d combo but just not sure on the vented or vent-less for my 5er. I looked for info and not come up with anything. can someone explain please? besides the hole you need to make in side of wall, did I hear that vent-less takes longer to dry ? thanks

Yes the "ventless" take a lot longer to dry due to it is venting thru your water drain line to the gray tank vent....I strongly suggest that you put a "vented" unit in. Also if you have the room a stacked set is best but most times there isn't enough room to do so.

Get the vented model. We had a ventless WD and it took FOREVER to dry and used more water than a vented model. We removed the ventless model and installed a vented model. The ventless model was brand new when we purchased our RV and we used it on one trip before we had it replaced. Avoid the ventless model! You will not be happy.
