Splendide washer parts

Hi all,

I have called the company listed on the door of the unit (a WD2000) no call back and I just get a voice mail. Has anyone been able to buy parts on line? I have the part numbers
116626-door assmbly white \
082299-door handle assmbly white, \
But I cant find a place to order them..seems like a lot of work for something we never use

There are 3 phone numbers listed for service and parts on the Splendide web site under "Contact Us." The phone numbers are 1-800-356-0766, 503-656-2280, and 503-722-9202. Hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Maybe trying another number would give a faster response, although it's possible they are only working part time (only a few days a week or every other week) under the current economic problems. Email address is service@westlandsales. Westland Sales is the U.S. distributor for Splendide.

Their parts are expensive, but their service was good a year or so ago when we needed a new handle.
