Brand new TT only used the nor cold 2way fridge once. Went to clean trailer and sanitize systems and saw this stuff on the coils. Won't wipe off. What is it ? And can it be cleaned.

Looks like mold. Was frig turned off and left closed? You might try a mild bleach solution applied with a disposable foam paintbrush.

Yep we forgot to keep it open. Tried to wipe it but it didn't wipe easily. But just tried a damp rag

Well don't believe it's mold took some q tips and bleach water and tried to clean it. Nothing happened it will not wipe off. Is this just a discoloring from using the fridge. It's brand new only used one time

I looks like corrosion to me. This can be aggravated by not drying out the unit and storing it with the doors open.

I agree with Ken. Aluminum does (rust) corrode, although it should still have the protective coating intact. The Norcold warranty may cover the damage, check with your dealer.
