Has anyone been brave enough to buy one of those 50-amp, $115 surge protectors off eBay?

If so, is it made in China?
Does it have a warranty?
Are you happy with it?

Pros?
Cons?

I had CW order one of the 50 amp portable units rather than the hard wired for me and it ran only $135.00.

I don't think I would "brave" enough to buy one. What do they mean saying that it "checks line polarity prior to use". Do you plug it in and check polarity before you plug the coach in? probably. Looking at the pic it does not look like there is enough room for a 50 dual line contactor. Before I bought the Prog Ind I made a gizmo that did what this thing looks like it does and spent less than $50 for all the parts.
