Cool SW10D lights, heats and won't relight

Hi, my daughter has an older camper with a Suburban Water Heater Model SW10D. From a cold start, she will turn the heater on from inside the camper, it lights, heats up, but won't relight. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance..

When my SW10D did that the problem turned out to be a bad control board.
Most RV repair shops have a board tester... tell her to take the board out and have it tested.

I just replaced my suburban water heater with a brand new one due to ruptured rusty tank. As far as I know, the control board on mine is fine and works properly. PM me if you are interested in getting my board. 1996 vintage I think.

Actually, I got a burner, thermocouple, and thermostat that are all less than 2 months old. Those parts got my water heater working, and it was fantastic. However, last campground I stayed at had higher water pressure than my pump and blew out a rusty hole in the tank, rendering my water heater useless. Let me know if you are interested in the spare parts from it before it gets taken to the dump.
