Four Fullriver DC400-6 L16 6 volt AGM batteries would give you 800AH. Each is 11.61" long, 7.05" wide and 16.69" tall and weighs 123.46 lbs.

That's a heck of a battery there!

Standard Golf Car batteries are around this size: L=10-1/4 W=7-1/8 H=11-1/4 Source, Interstate this is for the GC-2

There is also a GC-1 and a GC-3 (though not all manufactures make all 3 sizes) they are shorter and taller.. Trojan makes all 3

These are six volt so you need to pair them up kind of like this:
-{Bat}T{ery}+12VDC

The bit T is a jumper cable, You will note that is a 12 volt battery when properly installed, Two six volt when carrying out of the store.

I guess I got the capacity wrong. Four of them would yield 830 AH at a 20 hour rate and 77°F.

DO NOT USE AGM HERE!!!!!

AGM are happy at 72 or so degrees and get real angry above 90.

Damage is nin reversable.

Placing them in front of the radiator is asking for problems.

More like 105°, and it is more of a discomfort than anger, but your point is well taken. The recommended operating temperature for my AGMs is 5° F to 104° F. Maximum extreme is -40° F to 160° F.

Read the data sheet.

Unless the specific mode is designed for high temp it will have permenent damage at 90 to 92 degrees.

That is the core temp.

The higher the temp the more damage.

And it is not easy to measure as it is reduced capacity and reduced life span.

Batteries in controlled environment have design life of 10 years and usually last 6 and equipment cycles sometimes force upgrade before that.

Outdoor have design life of 2 to 4 years and some are just cycled out at 2 to 3 year age.

Newer deployments are adding ac to battery cabinets to extend the cycle.

If anyone states an agm will be happy hot needs to show the data sheet that backs up their statement combined with the warranty that allows it.

These are probably too expensive...but are tall and thin and TPPL AGM design and pack about 200amp hours into each 12V box which may be discharged to 80% without damage and has a 400cycle life etc. etc. ...you can read about the technology at Odyssey Battery.com...but do not confuse these with other AGM's...they are unique technology.
PC1800-FT

22.75(577.9)
4.9(125.0)
12.44(316.0)
132.3(60.0)
length width height weight

Nominal...214 amp hours at 20hr rate.
Around $550 each. GULP.

Looks like telcom or stationary plant battery.

Cost is about right.

These can be mounted in any position and inside.

Best place is under bed or seats in dinete area or other spaces where wastedspace exists.

These have low resistance and can output thousands of amps for short periods so proper wiring and fusing is critical.

Their weak spots are high temp and viberation.

We have 6 of a similar in our forklift.
