Tecma Toilet water level

My Tecma toilet is not holding the proper static water level. The manual says the factory setting is 1/2" above the top of the bowl outlet. The bowl does fill to that level after a flush but it then slowly drops to about 1/4" below the top of bowl outlet. I have read the manual thoroughly and there is no reference to this issue. I suspect a leaking check valve or something similar.

Looking for suggestions from anyone who has had similar issue.

I don't have the same toilet, but had the same problem of it leaking. I tried everything suggested, cleaning it, using vinegar to clean, coating with plumber silicon, Nothing worked. Then some one on this forum suggested to pour a little olive oil in to coat the blade and seal. I only had vegetable oil, but it worked. Going on several months now.

Oh, and I think I let it set over night before flushing.

Thanks for the suggestions but this is a Tecma macerator toilet. It has no blade valve like the standard toilets that empty directly into the black tank. Mine is not mounted over the black tank and uses a macerator pump to move the waste to the black tank.
