The Mac t'stats are garbage and expensive. You can replace it with a Hunter fro abot $25.00 from walmart. There are instruction all over the net.

Ken Lenger an iRV2 member has the instructions HERE.

You will NOT find any thing that just plugs to the Mach wireing, but the swap is not hard.

Ken

I don't know of anything that can replace the t'stat on the heat pumps. It is not something that i would not want to experiment with due to the cost of a possible mistake. Maybe we have someone out there that has made the conversion.

Check out this thread in the Winnebago Owner's Group discussion.
True air replacement thermostat

One owner successfully replaced the Coleman 3-stage with a RiteTemp 2-stage thermostat.

When my Coleman Mach thermostat failed, I ordered a new one from Lichtsinn Motors in Forest City IA.
