Thermostat reads 103 ??

I know I read a thread about this however I’m not good with the search criteria.
Started the generator to exercise it and ran the roof heat pump (45* today) the front heat pump kicked on and was working, I started doing some other things and heard it kick off and the thermostat read 103*? New to this RV thing and just wanna learn all I can prior to the camping season in spring.
Thanks for the help.

Using the search box at the top of the page with the Google logo, this is the list of threads that is generated: https://www.google.com/search?num=10....0.xPBpdRqq2_g

You didn't mention RV make, model, or thermostat make and model. If you use Google to search for a manual for your thermostat, perhaps that would be a first step. Many folks with digital thermostats find they have to shut off all house 12v power or pull the fuse for the thermostat for a few minutes to reset it. Just a few things to try...Good luck.

Okay sorry again.
The unit is a 15k unit JUST INSTALLED however the paperwork is in RV at storage. If needed I will get them maybe tomorrow. The thermostat is RvComfort system and is 3 zones. It was zone 1 the new unit that displayed the 103 temperature shortly after running. I ran zone 2 and 3 and they were fine.

That's a Coleman product so maybe someone with Coleman experience can help.
