Thermostat upgrade

I'm working on setting up a Honeywell t-stat. I got the bedroom one wired up but the living room Stat has a lot more wires. Some are even doubled up like 2 green wires. Can anyone help in identifying all these cables? Appreciate the help. Thanks.

It would help if you tell us more. What make, model, year of RV? Is the thermostat tied into the rear thermostat? Multiple temperature sensors, furnaces, heat pump?

Looks like the number of wires shouldn't be an issue, still the standard colors. Have you wiring the new thermostat and tried it? What model thermostat is the new one?

It's a 2002 kz new vision fifth wheel and the system I have is a Coleman Mach 8330 with an Suburban furnace. I'm trying to upgrade it with a Honeywell RTH2300B. The rear and front thermostats are not linked in any way. Hope that helps.

I'd look up the original thermostat manual online and carefully diagram the wire connection in the present set up. Then look at the new thermostat manual and see how it needs to be wired. From your photo, The dark green from the Th. goes to light green from the wall, Th. white to dark green, an so on. With the wiring diagram of the original thermostat.
