Thetford aqua magic water saver-hand sprayer kit

Hi,
I just bought a water saver kit and it didn't have instructions. I have the aqua magic V hand flush toilet.
I noticed a closed barbed fitting that is part of the housing where the water supply connects. Do I snip the end of that and attach the hose of the sprayer? It looks almost the same size as the included sprayer hose.

You may not have to snip the end but look for a knock out in pipe fitting to open.
