Hmmm. If your reefer is working correctly, and you are just a little bit handy with basic tools, maybe you could check the burner for rust flakes yourself. Just look in the refrigerator manual. There are lots of service centers / dealers that are happy to take money from owners that don't know anything about their RV. And, it's Camping World, not campers world. Just sayin'...
