Tire monitor question
Where have you installed the tire monitor booster? They want you to hook it up to a constant 12volt supply. Looking for suggestions

I used the mirror heating switch because I wouldn't ever expect to need it.
Having a TPSM from TST makes it easy, because I don't even have to activate the switch. Press the ( - ) key for 6 seconds and it turns ON or OFF. Small wire from dash plugs into the unit. Simple and clean.

I think the OP wants to know how to wire the "remote" TPMS unit, not the basic system.
I installed mine above the ceiling in the bedroom using the 12V source for the built-in CO detector. There was enough space above the ceiling for the remote without messing up the installation of the CO sensor. The devices draw such a small amount of current that the circuit is fine with both of them on it.

I added a cigarette style plug to the cord since I have extra sockets available at the bed. Just plug it in before we leave and leave the repeater in the "nightstand" and close the door. Works fine

My repeater to the TST is installed in the closet wired into the light. Used Velcro on the closet rail to hold it in place.
2 stroker

My coach has a cgi lighter "plug" in a basement compartment -the one on my discovery that had peg board. So I plug in the TPMS repeater there when underway, then unplug that and plug in my LED accessory lights after setup.

same to tire minder, the booster is not required but better have one. without a booster, some times i didn't get signals from rear wheels or/and toad's. it really makes a difference.
