I did a little investigating and going that older model rv converters run grounds and power on the same buss, I connected to a non gfci outlet and breaker. THE LIGHTS ARE BACK ON!!! Thank you guys for all of your help, I am glad to see I joined a great community.

Wait, 12V '-' and 12V '+' on the same bar? That doesn't work.
Unless they had 120V neutral and 120V ground on the same bar. That might trip it.
