They work great.
I thought I 'needed' the flow thru sensors and they would make it convenient. But the reality is I rarely if ever have to add air, so there is no inconvenience with unscrewing the cap to air up if need be. I had caps for the toad, so now they're just all caps.

I couldn't agree more. I struggled with the flow-through sensors the entire time that I had them, but once I bailed on them and got the cap style, my problems vanished. If you think about it, the so-called advantage of the flow-through sensors is ONLY true if you decide not to use dust caps on top of the flow-through sensors. In that case, you don't have to unscrew the dust cap valve cover to add or remove air. But... most everyone that I know uses those valve dust caps, in which case you are unscrewing a small plastic cap when you add or remove air. This is the exact same thing you do if you buy the cap-style sensors.
The other thing that I did was to eliminate the "theft-deterrent" caps so that you don't need any special tool to remove the caps. Nobody has stolen my caps from the RV or my daily driver Jeep in almost 5 years. Without the oversize "theft-deterrent" piece, the sensor caps are actually so small that I don't think the average Joe would even notice anything unusual.
