Two AirBag Springs & One 12V Air Pump.

I was just given a 12 Volt air pump with bracket for my RV. I am thinking that I could put an outlet line to a Tee and feed air to a gauge on my dash and also to a second Tee to route the air to both air bags simultaneously. That way whenever the air pressure gets below or close to minimum I can power up the pump and bring both back to the minimum amount. I was told by a friend that this is not a good idea as it will cause sway somehow. What say you all?

It won't cause sway, but it won't improve it either. When making a turn, the natural lean will cause air to move from the compressed bag to the other. This will simply allow the MH to sway as it does now. If the MH does not have any objectionable sway now, it won't get any worse with the bags.

With each bag filled separately, you can balance lean (if any exists) and it does help to prevent some sway.

I have my front bags separate, and plan to leave them that way.

If you tie both air bags lines together the air will flow to the other side during a curve/turn/side wind, etc. Thus, amplifying the sway. Keeping the lines completely separate is the only way they will work as intended!
