Vacuflush toilet

Vacuflush toilet in my 2014 bounder stopped working, GREEN LIGHT IS ON , any ideas on what the problem is

Plugged up . Turn off the water, step on the pedal and wait. Sometimes it sucks the clog thru.

I have also cleared clogs with a stiff piece of wire down the hole. Not to far, mine has an elbow right under it.

I tried your suggestion also tried plunger ,its under warranty so I will take to service center to get repaired, thanks for your help
