Voyager aom713 3 camera monitor

I have a aom713 3 camera monitor that came in a 2012 Newmar baystar. It has worked perfectly for 3 years. A couple days ago it showed no signal in one camera. Then a few minutes alter it worked fine and then shortly thereafter it only displayed as if in reverse and it is stuck in that position. Any ideas on what went wrong ?

Probably loose connections to power and/or ground sources. Check all connections and reset settings for monitor/camera operation. Sounds like you could have a polarity setting that can be changed if you want it on whenever the key is on and not just in reverse.

Thanks. How do I check those connections. Sorry if stupid I am not very mechanical. I was looking under dash and I see two cables that come out of the unit. There should be connections that come apart? Where is ground source? Do I need to check where it runs to blinker? Does that happen at the blinker or elsewhere? I have call into company but they emailed me back and basically suggested I disconnect all leads which I have no clue how to do.

The connectors will pull apart. Also trace back on the trigger (conductor for making the associated camera show on monitor) wire to it's connection and make sure it is tight can cannot be the culprit. An extra ground can be added to the 12- vdc connection if you think it could be loose somewhere else. Good luck and keep us posted.
