Washing Machine Not Working!

I have a problem with our stackable washer in our '12 Discovery and wondered if anyone has had this problem. I've taken it to the dealer several times to fix but they tell me they can't replicate the problem. After the washing machine door locks the machine tries to start but then interrupts itself and shuts down.

After speaking with the tech it appears that he was testing the washing machine with the slide out and the jacks up. However, when we camp we obviously have the jacks down and the slides out. I am wondering if the machine is becoming torqued somehow with the jacks down. I will be taking the MH back in for service soon to have them troubleshoot with the jacks down.

In the meantime, has anyone else had this problem?

Are they trying to replicate the problem with a load of laundry in the machine? I would ask that they test it exactly as when you have the problem.

We have had a similar problem in our Discovery. It turned out there is a specific sequence we have to follow to make it work. Haven't done it in a while and this could be wrong but I think we set it with the door open and it starts when we close it. Setting it with the door closed induces the shutdown. Drove us crazy till we figured it out. I think ours are GE.
