I have a Gulf Stream BT Cruiser so it may not work exactly the same but try this: First make sure that the water heater has water in it. They are drained when they are winterized. There is a plug that is visible when the outside cover is opened. You should have water coming out of the hot water faucet when you turn it on. Next on your control panel where the switches are to check the holding tanks (black, gray and fresh water) there should be a switch to turn on the water heater. When you first turn it on the pilot light indicator light also lights up. Within a minute or so you should hear the swoosh of the heater igniting. The water should get hot fairly quickly. Make sure that your propane tank is turned on or this will not happen. Let us know if this works. Good luck.
