Water hose recommendations

What is everyone using for their city water hook up hose, I am only seeing a couple brands on Amazon. Mixed reviews, usually hose kinks and then leaks, this is the problem with the one I have now.

We use high pressure hoses because we have our pressure regulator at the RV instead of at the water bib.

One of hoses is 10 years old and the other is 8 years. These are 200 psi hoses with stainless steel hose ends.

One from RV Water Store and the other from Kwik Link.

Mine was exactly the same and I bought it from the rvwaterfilter store along with my regulator.

We've always just used the Camco water hoses and never had one go bad!

Exactly! I think these expensive hoses are a solution looking for a problem.

We got ours in Quartzsite. There is a fellow who custom makes them from food grade hose and commercial quality ends. It is the only hose I have owned that does not kink or leak.

I applaud those who do not have issues with the cheap Camco hoses. That was just not my experience.

It has been a number of years ago, but I think it is the same RV Water Store link above.

I bought the Camco Blue Premium Drinking Water Hose and it works great............as long as the temperatures are above 50 degrees. Below that it takes both my wife and I to just get it back into the compartment it is so stiff. I have to resort to running warm water through it just to get it to roll up.

I am hoping Santa is bringing me a Legacy HSFRV425 SmartFlex RV/Marine Hose. It has good cold handling charisitics and a nice Easy Grip Hose End.
