Water LEAK

Well I started checking out all the systems on the Savoy I towed home Sunday.
Hooked hose up, turned valves to directed way to fill fresh tank, turned over to city water, and THAT when I found a gremlin! water running out to trailer . I think I found the first and hopefully worst leak! cold water valve for washer dryer closet.
I want to replace both hot and cold valve. maybe with just a quarter turn shut off or even just a plug. what I need to know is what size plastic water lines are in holiday ramblers, I think I am gettin approximately 5/8" OD. CanI get fitting at a hardware store or are these plastic lines specific to RV?

The water lines are most likely 1/2" PEX. Additional lines, fittings and tools are readily available at stores such as Home Depot.
