Weatherpro Help

The weather shield on my 21' patio awning doesn't wrap very tightly around the awning tube when it's retracted, looks like it needs another 1/4 to 1/2 turn to snug up. The awning arms nest into the u-channels on the RV side just fine and the awning itself rolls up okay, just needs to roll a bit more. Would anyone know how I would go about tightening up the awning roll? Any info appreciated.

Does pushing the retract button more help?

Thanks for your help....no, pushing the button for retract doesn't seem to do anything more. At the same time that the awning arms close up against the side in their u-channels, the rolling up stops....just seems to poop out before it's rolled up snug.
