What brand coolant do you use on your Onan Generator?

My owners manual does not specify the brands of coolant to look for to replace the current coolant.

Curious what others use for a quality product?

Easiest just to use the same coolant you use in your engine.

Just use the color coolant that is in there now. Can't be any easier.

Since generators tend to run hot if I had a water cooled model that would be a no brainer. Engine Ice hands down has to be the best out there.

I was pretty skeptical when an older motorcycle mechanic told me I should start using it however from the first ride in 100+ degree heat I was sold. It was very obvious the temperature gauge swung less wildly and the cooling fan ran for much less time once the system was purged and changed to Engine Ice.

Non-toxic too which is an added plus and its a universal mixed metal coolant appropriate for all applications. After 25,000 miles on the bike (about the equivalent of 500 hours on a generator) there has been no loss in enhanced cooling system performance first experienced. I flush every two years as per the standard mechanics rule for cooling system flushes regardless of usage.
