Alright I just got through replacing my hydraulic leveling pump motor. The manufacturer of my coach in their infinite wisdom put the motor, relays, and important connections back in the hole behind the front hood.
I kept thinking that I could get through the job without trying to "start over". After all the fighting in tight relatively inaccessible space. I wished I had relocated the relays using two new pieces of cable.
I feel like an idiot for not doing it from the beginning!
So the question is, How do others determine that a better way is better without wasting hours fighting a poor design or setup?
I would love to figure this out, instead of marching down this road over and over and wishing I had gone ahead and made the change.
Thanks
