Where is the Drain Cap for the Washer?

We're not sure the washer in our new to us Ventana has ever been used. The lady we bought it from said she never used it. The original owners could not remember and I can't contact the middle owners but I doubt that they did based on what we were told.

The sticker on the front that says "Remove Drain Cap Before Using" is still there. Is the "drain cap" on the washer & was taken off to attach the drain hose? If so, then I think it's been done from what I could tell by looking behind the washer through that little door in the closet.

Where else should we check?

I would rather not flood the coach!

Well I agree with you if the hose is stuck down the pipe behind the washer. Probably the installer just did not remove the sticker. My inclination would be to crank it up and run a load, but be close by in case I (you) get some water flowing.

You do not say the model washer. However most of these have manuals available on line or schematics. You might try looking up the manual and reading start up instructions.

All this of course to avoid the most dreaded comment to a person with a MH and that is "where is all this water coming from"?
