Which compact grill do you like?

Love the Weber Q1200 we have, but didn't like the stand that was made for it. There's another grill out there, the O-Grill 1000 we saw at LLBean. Didn't particularly like that grill, but loved the stand that's available for it. Not a perfect fit, but the Q1200 fits well enough on the stand, which is extraordinarily easy to set up and folds very compact. I use it as well for a workbench and toolbox stand.

Thanks everyone. I like the cuisineart. I like the idea of converting a big grill. I had the baby q and wasn't my favorite grill. Anyone tried the char-broil tru infrared patio bistro gas grill? Looks quite efficient.

We bought a Weber Q200 for the MH and found it was about a half-inch too tall to go in a stowbin with the lid on. I got fed up of removing and reinstalling the lid at every CG stop-over, so we made the 200 the patio grill at the S&B, replacing a monster grill big enough to land a 737 on, and got a Q100 for the RV. Since we sold the RV, we now have two sizes of Webers for the house!

Weber Q100 for me. Walmart had it marked down to $100.00 and it included a stand. Just used it for the first time last week. Now, I know why so many people like the Weber products.

X2, Love the "Burner" on the road trip grill, as we often steam seafood, and use the burner for boiling water for various items.
Ours is mounted in a slide-out tray.........easy out/easy in.
Just the right height for cooking/grilling

Weber Q2200 user here. I've modified the grill by removing the regulator and installing a "quick connect" coupler so that I can connect it to the coach's "quick connect" propane connection.

The grill along with this grilling table handles our outdoor cooking needs.

We also carry this BBQ grill rack to use when grilling over a campfire. Ours came with a nice heavy duty cover that the grill slips into for storage. It actually slides nicely into the space beside the pass thru storage tray in the "basement" - so it's easy to pack!

We have a Q200 and like it; though I think the Q100 would suite us better (But SWMBO wins out). The 200 it s tad too big to store in my opinion.

A relative loves his Cobb Grill. Uses about 8 BBQ briquettes. It is on my wish list. Cobb Grill America

Webber q1000 and my Davey Crocket, Green Mountian Grill / smoker. Both fit for n the back of the jeep for easy be on the road.

We like the Weber Q 120 its small fits underneath in the basement and has a nice stand with it the only complaint is it does take a little while longer for it to heat up but it will get up to 400 degrees

Have had high end Lynx gas grills and separate large smokers from Georgia and Texas at home and now have converted to lump charcoal in my Primo.

but in the camper I use a camp chef three burner stove and grill over the fire with a grill grate. I don't like the weber q's and hauling a bge or primo while camping isn't too practical due to weight and them being fragile. Anyone else use a ceramic cooker while camping and if so, what's ur setup?

Weber Q, I line mine with foil beneath the burners to
make clean up simple, just toss the foil till next time,
and put the grate in a plastic bag for storage.

I too am a charcoal fan. I also have a Weber Jumbo Joe grill, very durable and compact. 254 sq. inches grilling area, approx. 21" tall. Fits into my storage area as well, it goes where the white box is in the pic.
