Window Glazing Bead issues

2002 Keystone Cougar 278 5ver. Windows were made by a company called Kinpro. I called Keystone to get this info. The windows have double panes with top fixed and bottom crank out. Some of my windows will not seal well as the window glazing seal is dried out and pulls out of the tracks on the corners. When it pulls out, the window will not close tightly.

The track goes from the top of one side around to the top of the other and doesn't go across the top of the bottom window frame. The window glazing bead is almost impossible to identify till you pull a section out and look at its cross section. I first ordered a "sample pack" from Pelland Enterprises and none of the samples matched mine. Once I was able to remove one strip of bead and looked at the end I was easily able to identify which product was needed; in my case, it was KRV02045 and I bought 25' of white to do all the windows of this type. Some of my windows are also Kinpro but a different type and the seals are fine; only the crank out have seal issues.

Hope this info helps someone else. There only seem to be a couple of window manufacturers and I recommend pulling out a strip if your window doesn't seal to be able to purchase the correct seal.
