Worthless KIB tank sensor system
Had worked on again yesterday at NIRVC. Black tank sensors still not working properly. KIB and Newmar still stonewalling about this totally worthless system. Is there anyone out there for whom this system has worked properly on a consistent basis? Sure would like to know how you've done it.

My system works perfectly. Absolutely no problems since I purchased it in 2016.

What chemicals do you use? I've tried about everything-to no avail.

I don't use chemicals very often but when I do, this is the only product I'll use.

Our black tank reads all over the chart. No chemicals. Called Newmar & they conferenced in KIB. They said to use AquaChem for 5 days in a full tank. Did that. Still reading all up & down the levels chart.
Flushed it at least 20 times.
Empty it will read 75%, then drop to 25% overnight.
I disconnect the 75 & 100% warning lights, to ensure the toilets do not quit/lock up.
Until we get back to Newmar I’ll dump every other day.

I have a different system. Each time I hit the road it is with 1/2 cup Dawn and 1/2 Calgon water softener, in 1/3 tank of water. I do this in both gray and black. Dump and rinse. Usually that does it. Sometimes the sensor light go out when the sensors dry off (at home).

It seems they (KIB) will do anything to not have to fix.
