Two meter antenna on the roof and detached face on the top of the dash, my call is on the back window of the pick up for two years without a problem.

When I ask my insurance agent(son in law) about it he says that is what insurance is for.

Of course I am retired and don't live as close to the city, so it probably isn't nearly as much a risk as it is for WA8YXM.

Or a big bore .45 auto.... see my avatar...that is what I have on my spare tire on the fiver....not one call yet in over a year, even with hams passing me with vhf antennas on roofs.....I call them, as most have call plates, but they must be monitoring their secret channel or something..
