Just got off the air with KH6RC on 14.313 Mhz. He was on a 3 element Yagi and 1000 watts. My little Butternut 9 band vertical and 100 watt Kenwood was making it into there easily.

Come on Solar activity....

KE5DFR,

Congratulations on the contact. I haven't made Hawaii yet, but the home location is outside of Cleveland, Ohio.

I've talked to European hams several times, and its always a thrill for me.

Hope to hear you on the air sometime.

Good Luck
W8RLM - Bob

I could barely hear a Romanian station this afternoon on 20M. The east coast stations were working him pretty good. I could not make it to him with all of the east coast pile up.

I've talked with a station 400km east of Moscow and a couple of station in England, and several in South America.

Heys good work. It is always a thrill to work DX when you snag a new one.

You should be able to work the Ducie Island Expedition. This is their last day of operation, but should be workable on 15, 18 and 20 meters.

Click HERE to see their operating frequencies.
