RIGrunner in Trailer

I currently have only one 12 V outlet in my trailer and it is difficult to use. I would like more options for 12 V power. I've been looking at the RIGrunner selections from West Mountain Radio.

Who here has put one of this inside their trailer?

Not in a trailer, but I mounted one in my motorhome. The setup is described here: Electrifying add-ons... - Wendy & Skip's ACE Adventures. I've since modified the installation a bit, but that gives you the idea.

I've mounted several throughout my coach. I don't like using cigarette lighter plugs because they aren't nearly as secure (or carry as much current) as Power Poles. I do make my own in several varieties, 3 and 5 PP outlets with individual fuses for each. Some even have a pass through connection that I can cascade them. I even built one with three unswitched and three switched outlets that come on with the ignition. The switching is done by a pair of 25A MOSFETS in parallel.

I've added RigRunners to the last three 5th wheels we owned. I will very likely be adding one or more in the VTDP when it finally gets here.
