Looking forward to making some GSLs when we are on the road camping. We don't have and Fusion Wires X repeaters near to where we live.

I full time and I don't seem to ever be near any type repeater, FM or Digital so I have several hot spots and Verizon Jetpacks for internet then all I need is the radios that I want. My favorite hotspot is the Open Spot 2. It is a little pricey, but it just works and it's updates are totally automatic as long as you click the right box in the setup. Easy! I also have a Wires-X node running.

N0ARP; sold all my HF radios off a while back and have yet to install my TM-D710G in the new truck.

I might pick up a small HF rig at some point for the fiver, but what are you guys doing for antennas while traveling? I used a Tarheel and have one sitting in the garage I could mount on the ladder, but I think a wire might be a better approach.
