MsAnnThrope.... It just would have been better understood had you given us a little more information at the start of the thread... I was all ready to give my thoughts about using human waste on the food you consume until I read further where you were indignant about our lack of education, but wondered how we were supposed to know you only planned to use that on your flowers.

well; it depends on the fine-ness of the filter....

but.... yep. unless you're getting it from the middle of Antarctica. even then....

it's a fairly common practice to use "night soil" as fertilizer over much of the globe.... remember; indoor plumbing isn't the norm everywhere.

Have you checked the Sun-Mar website? They make several composting toilets and one may be what you want.
