Late 60's. I like the idea of using the ladder as a ramp to pull the panels up on top of the coach. Great idea. I'll set it up and give it a trial run using the boxes the panels came in...........................

I'm ready to mount 4 150 watt panels, 39X39, on a rubber roof. The question is, should all the brackets be mounted to the rafters or through the sheeting. I've watched videos doing it both ways with no indication of an adverse effect from either method.

As a side note. I have complete confidence the vhb tape will hold my brackets and panels to the rubber roof. However, I am less confident that my 10 year old rubber roof will hold onto the sheeting with the same wind load.
