Whatever intestinal flora you have, innocuous and malignant, will come out with gray water if the same pipe is used for black and gray water. Considering that backpackers and tent campers use a shovel, it may be moot

I have a portable waste water tote tank. With a macerated pump and some hose I put the tank in the back of the truck fill it up and visit the dump station. Also have a fresh wat re bladder and pump to deliver fresh water to the rig.

We always dump the grey along with the black so I'm thinking that if it doesn't cause any problems inside the RV it shouldn't be all that bad. I treated the camper with the common grey/black tank the same as a black tank for disposal. I'm of the opinion that we shouldn't be dumping grey water on the ground around populated areas anyway, although I have let a little grey out in some pretty desolate areas a time or two while hunting. I know about tent campers, fishermen, hunters and the lot, I have been them. Not quite the volume in one place as a holding tank though, which is a good thing.

We actually used a porta pottie for much of our tenting. That was initiated very soon after a fishing trip when my wife was disturbed by a couple of fishermen while she was answering the call of nature.

I think we're on the same page, for the most part.

Some intestinal flora is expected in the grey tank just from washing ones hands after restroom use and washing one's backside in the shower; far fewer than in the black tank, of course, but flora nonetheless.
As both our grey and black water go to the dump station, the bacteria are going the same place.
