How to HARDWIRE a GP3000HD inverter to TS501

I'll try again, I have a Go Power 3000HD inverter with a Parallax TS-501 transfer switch. Shore Power only. The inverter has 3 wires for hardwire 1 ground-----2 hot 60 volts each installed in the transfer switch. Do I need to put a jumper between those two wires to get 120 volts out the load side to the RV ?

Where did the idea of having two 60 volt wires come from. I looked at the manual and also have not encountered such a thing.

Yes, it's in the manual. Speaks to phasing and how this is normal for such inverters. The two 60's make 120vac. Connect as if the two wires were hot and neutral, matters not which is which. Grounding per the install instructions.

Yes, they are split phase at 60vac each. DO NOT CONNECT THEM TOGETHER. There is no neutral and each leg is hot ... as mentioned above they are treated as you would connect the "black" and "white" in a conventional home circuit.

Note the caution from the manual regarding bonding:

"The ground wire output is yellow and green, connect this first. The remaining two wires
are split phase at 60 volts each. This means they are both “HOT” and there is no neutral.
This is standard with most mod-sine wave inverters. Inverter operation will be fine for
mobile applications as long as the National Electrical Code is followed by ensuring the
neutral line is not bonded to ground anywhere in the system. See Grounding, Section
4.6."

OK. Now I understand.
