Just got a small charcoal stove from Wallyworld for less then $20. This one is $40.

This one is insulated with ceramic, it uses wood instead of charcoal. I can cook dinner with 5 sticks as round as my thumb, and only 8 in long. I think its very efficient, and wood is also free.

I'll stick to my gas grill and electric griddle for outside cooking  -- one less item to store and maintain.

I was always interested in the Zip Stove by Sierra. One can use twigs, leaves, etc. if available around your boondock site. Small and lightweight, it could be nice to save LP as well.
