Camping World has a problem even though they sell a lot of Winnebagos and that is their Techs don't take pride in their work.
By that I mean when preparing a motor home for a buyer they don't check everything and make sure it works plus if they install an option they don't verify that it was installed properly.
There are some Camping World Sales teams that once you purchase the RV they don't want to know you or answer your phone calls or email messages. I guess Marcus can't be everyplace at the same time.
Now this doesn't happen at all Camping Worlds but at least 2 that I know of but there are some that take pride in their work and their customers always come back. They usually go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.
Winnebago makes a fine motor home and sometimes there are a few problems that slipped their quality control but the dealer should catch it and take care of it. Camping World doesn't at times.
Don't get me wrong I am a Winnebago believer and am on my 4th Winnebago and believe they build the best and will always be there to satisfy their customers whether on the phone or at the factory. So try one you'll like it!
