For Immediate Release:

Holiday Rambler Celebrates 60th Anniversary in Goshen with Two RV Club Events

Lisle, Ill. – April 26, 2013 –The annual Holiday Rambler RV Club Chapter 419 Ramblin’ Pushers will roll into Goshen to celebrate 23 years as an HRRVC chapter, bringing an influx of RVers to the area from Wednesday, May 1st through Thursday May 9th for the Diesel Session. HRRVC International will then holds its annual Rally May 16th through 21st.

"We’re expecting more than 280 motorhomes for the 419 Diesel Session, and even more coaches a week later for the Holiday Rambler International Rally, said Navistar RV Vice President of Sales Mike Snell "As we celebrate Holiday Rambler’s 60th anniversary, we look forward to bringing our community together again in Goshen, Indiana."

Both the maintenance session and the rally will feature plant tours at Navistar RV’s assembly plant in Wakarusa, In., along with new motorhome displays, RV vendor booths, seminars, education classes, crafts, entertainment, great food and roundtable discussions for members to share with Holiday Rambler executives and plant personnel what they would like to see in future products.. Owners will also have access to factory service and parts teams to assist owners with questions and minor repairs to their RVs.

"Events like these have a ripple effect on the area’s economy," added Snell. "Holiday Rambler is thrilled to be revisiting Goshen—bringing our RV community to Goshen’s community and looks forward to the hospitality and neighborliness that Elkhart County always provides. Not only will our travelers be supporting local businesses and the wonderful Amish community, with a spotlight on the Amish Acres Theater & Dinner Sunday, May 6th – but club members will also give back to the community by making quilt donations to a local area shelter."

Also in attendance at both events will be three of Holiday Rambler’s most distinguished dealers, who will display new motorhomes for attendees to view. Alliance Coach, a platinum sales and service dealer located in Florida, is a huge supporter of HRRVC and heavily involved in rallies throughout the U.S. Veurinks’ RV Center, the oldest Holiday Rambler dealer in the world, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, will also be in attendance and will receive the first-ever 50th Anniversary Award for their continued support of the Holiday Rambler product and lifestyle.

"Veurinks’ dedication to Holiday Rambler customers and the community has created a legacy nearly as long as Holiday Rambler itself," Snell said. "We’re so proud to have them at this event and be able to honor this momentous milestone."

Also joining these two esteemed dealers is Paul Evert’s RV Country, the Top Dealer in sales and service for Holiday Rambler in 2012. Serving customers out of its flagship store in California, the Evert family has been in the RV business for more than 50 years and dedicates the expertise of their extensive experience to creating and cultivating passion for the RV community.
