DALLAS, TX -- On Sept. 20, the 1 millionth post was made on the iRV2.com website. Established in January 2000, the RV interactive website has been in continuous operation for 11 years.
“It took a while,” said Mike Pelchat, the site’s marketing director. “But the numbers are there and I want to offer congratulations to all the iRV2 members who have put up those 1,000,000 discussions.”
“Congratulations to all the members of iRV2 for such an amazing milestone," said Andy Robinowitz, the owner and chief executive of the Social Knowledge Network. "Our community is a very special place; the friendly atmosphere, fun rallies and massive amounts of knowledge sharing represent the collective contributions of tens of thousands of members.
"Everyone shares the pride that has made iRV2 the outstanding community it is today. I would like to tip my hat to the administrators and moderators who lead the community ever day and do a wonderful job,” he said.
On the heels of this announcement, the
11th Annual iRV2.com National Rally is kicking off its activities Sept. 25 at the Bethpage Camp Resort in Urbanna, Va. More than 65 member coaches are in attendance that will enjoy a fun filled week of seminars, meals, entertainment and activities in the local area.
A tour of Colonial Williamsburg has been incorporated into the schedule and is one of the highlights of the rally. The iRV2 National Rally program shows that 39 RV companies or related businesses are directly supporting the rally. A full breakfast precedes 11 seminars which are scheduled to begin on Monday morning and span over a two-day period.
