New FCCC Product Manager Brings Experience, Expertise to RV Line

John Paul “JP” Davis may be new to his role as FCCC’s Product Manager for the RV and Commercial Bus Chassis product lines, but his 17-year tenure with the company as both engineer and manager proves he has the breadth of knowledge and experience to take the industry-leading designs to the next level.

Davis joined FCCC in 1996 as a design engineer in its RV group, eventually earning a promotion to engineering manager for its shuttle bus and delivery van chassis products. Most recently, he was front engine platform manager of school bus chassis for both FCCC and Thomas Built Buses, a sister company within Daimler Trucks North America LLC. As manager, Davis will oversee the development and implementation of sales strategy for FCCC’s RV and commercial bus chassis product lines.

In this interview, he shares FCCC’s goals for the product lines and explains how customer influence and strategic partnerships have helped shape that vision.
