Ken, In the Release they even said as much. What is free now certainly will require some investment by the owner to maintain the warranty in full force.
Now if you had an extended warranty (that you paid for) wouldn't it be great if they refunded some of the price of the plan if you did pursue a preventative maintenance program?
I believe that a warranty company can separate the powertrain from the coach body since each is subject to different terms and maintenance requirements.
Most coach bodies have been 1 year or 2 year whereas we have seen 3 years or more on the powertrain. In my opinion, a lifetime warranty on a powertrain .. not likely to happen even if you were religious about maintenance.
