Newmar Hires Industry Veteran



Newmar is pleased to announce the hiring of industry veteran, Rick Powell as the new central region account manager for gas and diesel motor homes.

Powell has over 30 years of RV experience in sales management, marketing and product planning. "Rick's wholesale and retail experience, as well as his knowledge of the central region qualifies him as the ideal hire for Newmar," stated John Sammut, Newmar’s Vice President of Sales and

“He’s well-known and very well thought of by the dealer body. We are excited to have Rick join our team and drive sales in the central region." Powell and his wife, Gail will continue to reside in Longview, Texas.

Established in 1968 Newmar is an innovator and leader in the RV manufacturing industry and recognized nationally for its excellence in quality. Newmar is privately owned and has a dealer network that spans across the United States and Canada.

Newmar is located at 355 N. Delaware Street, Nappanee, Indiana.
