Sad to hear of this loss but it appears he lived a good life of service to his community and passed that legacy on to his family.

I remember on our first visit to OL we saw a nice Prevost Featherlite coach on a site near the pool area. Another camper who had been there many times told us the coach belonged to the founder and owner of the RV park.

I met him last May. My friend works at Prestwick Country Club, which he also owned. Sad news. He seemed like a nice man, and his employees liked him.

Gary, I saw that rig many times and it was probably parked on the 1st cement pad in the park. That 1 site has now grown to be several hundred.

It was sad to see the bus go. It was on display in front of the campground at the Ocean Lakes RV Center and it sat there for a few weeks. One day while driving on 17 I passed by OL and it was gone.
