Please welcome our new Sponsor, Dicor Corporation

May 2, 2012 -- iRV2.com would like welcome our newest sponsors to the iRV2.com Community, Dicor Corporation from Elkhart, IN - in the heart of the RV Industry.

Dicor is installed in the Travel Trailers & 5th Wheel forum and on the Main Forum Page. We wish them long tenure on our website and a successful sponsorship.

Dicor Products is the leading supplier of roofing products and decorative wheel products to the RV industry. It's aftermarket roof care products are available at most RV dealers and retailers and the company has recently broadened its RV offerings to include innovative table systems, TPO flooring, stylish curved cabinetry panels and entry steps. Sister companies include United Shade, supplying the broadest selection of window coverings and cargo screens for RVs, and Seal Design, a supplier of advanced sealing products for RV and boat manufacturers.

Boring Stuff Made Amazing
How We Do It

Dicor Corporation is focused on our customers, whether they are the companies that install our products or the end user. Our goal is to help manufacturers with the innovation they need to make a better product for their customers to appreciate and enjoy. We do this by partnering with companies to bring exclusive, proprietary products to the RV industry. We look for products that are simple, innovative and dependable, and which have the potential to be category leaders - tested and proven components that can improve the product in a way that significantly enhances the experience of the end user. Even beyond that, if we see a need for a product that no one is making, we jump in and make it ourselves, such as special window shades manufactured by United Shade, or our new Vixenite composite side walls, a potential category leader in which we've made a multi-million dollar investment in a facility, equipment, and personnel. For RVs, our products are the core components central to the daily enjoyment of RVers, yet are often unnoticed until you experience an RV without them.

But our work doesn't stop with selling the product. We partner with our manufacturing customers, not only in improving their products' capabilities, but in improving the manufacturing process itself. Our experienced, RV-knowledgeable personnel work closely with OEM production personnel to assure proper/efficient product installation, inventory control, logistics and other important operational needs. As part of Dicor Corporation, our entire team is dedicated to delivering the best ongoing service and support to manufacturers.

This is the ethic of Dicor Corporation - an ethic reflected in all our affiliated companies.

Welcome Dicor

You mentioned that you will make a product that no one else is making. Well... how about selling a flip top bottle gas cover that used to be made and disappeared with the downturn in the rv industry. The whole top on the cover that Sunnybrook used up until recent years. Now all we can find is a molded clamped together all around bottle cover that is a real pain to lift up every time I need to do something with the bottles. There is another cover that has a narrow lift top that is not as nice as the one Sunnybrook used on all their TT before. I know they used the old cover in 2005 the previous owner took the old cover for his new SB and put a new cover on when he sold it so we have the new cover and hate it. So how about resurrecting the better bottle gas cover with a flip top that is not a pain to use?
